A 4 year auction owner, she is a licensed auctioneer with 15+ years experience in business management and ethics, marketing and customer relations. Describing herself as very "black and white" on business principles, she brings a unique management and ownership viewpoint to BDA.
Allen brings an expansive knowledge of cars, trucks & motorcycles along with 20+ years of auction experience to BDA. A licensed auctioneer, he has an eye for detail and knows exactly what to look for and listen to on any vehicle to determine its condition. His knowledge of automobile professionals, organization and dependability make him a valuable asset to the company.
Kasie received her BS in Accounting from Lamar University. A 17 year auction veteran, her long-time personal and professional auction experience make her an integral part of the company's success. Her knowledge and understanding of the industry, her organizational skills, thoroughness, and calm customer interaction abilities enable her to manage the office operations in a highly professional manner.
Another 20+ year veteran of the automobile industry, Rick understands the business and the people that are involved in it. His intermediary skills help bring the buyer and seller together with fairness and confidence. His trustworthiness, people skills and principled approach to business make him a core part of BDA's foundation.
An 11-year veteran of the auction industry, Joanna brings extensive knowledge of vehicle titles, transfers and the legalities involved with this vital component of the business. Her fiery personality ensures her customers of warmth but firmness in their interaction. She will always find the answer and get things done!
As the newly formed Service Department Manager, Ray brings 25 years of
service company ownership to the table. As the previous owner of
Spindletop Automotive, Ray understands that in our area you need your
vehicle to run correctly in order to survive!! His efficient work ethic
and diagnostic talents enable him to manage a very busy service
department with precision.
Rob has 16 years experience in the automotive industry. He has both sales & finance experience, and just recently completed the intensive Pro-Ringmen's Institute training course. He brings a great deal of talent to BDA. He is a very loyal and upbeat employee that likes making his work fun!
